About us
Two names share this page: SISC Suite, the product, and SISC Group, the company that builds it. This page is about both.
SISC Suite, the product
SISC Suite is business software that assembles itself around a trade. You say what business you are in, and the suite installs what that business actually runs on — a hotel starts at the front desk, a wholesaler starts with the document chain — and every other app is there the day you need it.
It is built in seven languages — English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Turkish and Russian — and right-to-left Arabic is part of how it was built, not a layer added over it. Each customer’s company is its own database. A posted entry is never edited and never deleted: a correction is an opposing entry that names the one it reverses.
This site describes the product the way it is measured, not the way it is marketed: each app’s page says how far that app is built today, and an app that cannot be used does not appear here at all. The same honesty applies on this page — where a fact about the company has not been written down yet, you will see a marked gap rather than an invented sentence.
SISC Group, the company
SISC Group is the company that designs, builds and operates SISC Suite. The product described above is its work.
Founded in 2017, in Bethlehem, Palestine. The company is based in Bethlehem, Palestine. The team is bilingual and works in English and Arabic, and one team covers every family of work rather than subcontracting any of it out. How many people that is: the number of people at SISC Group.
SISC Group has been a Microsoft partner and reseller since 2017, building and running the systems other businesses depend on — the Microsoft cloud, the network underneath it, the physical security around it, and a helpdesk that answers when something breaks.
Years of that work taught us where business software actually fails. Not inside any one application, but in the gaps between them, and in the distance between the people who sell software and the people who have to fix it.
SISC Suite came out of that. We built it so that we would own what we sell — so the company that answers the phone is the company that wrote the code. It is the same principle behind everything else we do: one supplier, from the cabling to the cloud.
